How Long Does The Order Processing Take?

Orders normally take 1-3 days to process – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume.

Oops -- Wrong Shipping Address. What Do I Do?

If a mistake is made regarding shipping address and your order has yet to be shipped please contact us ASAP in order to solve the issue -- please note that the sooner the better, once your order is in route there is little that we can do. 

If your order has in fact been shipped then please contact our couriers USPS package intercept page to intercept your order and redirect it you the correct location.
