Shipping & Returns

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

All packages are shipped with tracking information

Shipping Time Estimates:

USA : 5-10 business days
INTERNATIONAL : 15-30 business days

** FRIENDLY PAWZ is not responsible for any duties/taxes upon arrival to your location & any delays due to the shipping carrier or customs clearance. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.


- RETURNS
We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 21 days. Only as long as the products are unused and all the protective covers are still in tact! 

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered)!

- NON-REFUNDABLE
Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
